Can I still claim bank charges?

There are TWO cases in Scotland, but they still relate to English law about the unfairness of bank charges.

They have been allowed by the courts to change the particulars of claim (POC) to fight the cases on the basis that the charges were unfair.

The particular regulations are below.

Regulation 5 of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Section 140a of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA)
